Srs Light

My Verso 05 spec has a flashing red light on the front dashboard showing a belted seat with a round red dot, I have checked the manual and I believe this is related to the SRS airbag system. Any idea what would have caused this to come on as none of the airbags have been activated and how much would this cost to get fixed?

Do you drive around with anything on the passenger seat? Possible it may 'think' someone sitting in seat not wearing seatbelt?

If not, i would get it checked out - better to be safe than an airbag in the face lol
