Yaris Radio/tape..... Question

Hi all!

I'm new to this site - and look forward to hours of talking about my favourite subject - cars!!!

I bought a yaris t2? (04) today - and it's got a radio / tape player in the car - is it possible to have it changed to a cd player - only it seems to be all one unit in the panel?

If some-one out there knows if this is at all possible - and where / what needs to be done - please let me know

Certainly is mate, you should be able to find the unit on eBay & it's a straightforward job to change I think. You'll probably get more for your money if you get an aftermarket 1 though so it's a question of whether you want to keep it looking like it's rolled out of the factory or would prefer something better that costs less. There are guides in THIS THREAD in the Yaris section that are worth reading
