Electric Windows.... Help!

I took the door cards off to install some new door Speakers (on my 2003 Yaris T Sport), since the factory fitted ones are terrible, and now my electric windows have stopped working!! Can anyone offer any advice?? OR at leastpoint me to where abouts the fuses are, so I can check for blown fuses. Someone mentioned something about needing to reprogram them.....anyone help??? Many thanks for any help. Car is a Yaris T Sport.
