Import Celica Gt Speedo Question

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forums as I just bought my first Celica. It's a 1994 GT import and I have a question I'm hoping someone can help me with.

Basically the speedo is in KPH and as I want to keep the car original, I don't really want to have it converted to MPH.

Basically my question is, is there any sort of plug-in speedo that can be bought? One that plugs into the cigarette lighter? Or really just an easier fix than having the dash converted?

I think it would be easier and safer to have the speedo converted. My import Gen 5 Celica was already converted when I got her, but the mileage was still in kph....esay enough to convert into mph though for the MOT.
