Air Intake

i'm looking to add an air induction kit to my recently bought 1995 GT..Does anybody recommend a certain kit and supplier....Many thanks ....

I got a K & N induction kit and it works sweet.. most Halfords stock them....

I've got an Apexi power intake on mine ('94 SS2, same as UK GT). Seems excellent so far! Think they cost around £120 for a kit and less for just the cones. Some mag review rated them as best for performance gains and filtration when they tested a few brands...

As for supplier, mine came fitted to my Celi. But somewhere like Tuneacar or Whifbitz should get one for you.

Roughly about £65 and its the best for the monies you pay... these other more expensive kits are only really worth the gains if you have a turbo...

otherwise they aint all that better...

Agreed Fizz. I would have stuck a K&N on mine if it hadn't come with Apexi. Just a bonus of a nicely set up import I guess.

Just bought k&n 57i kit. I took fizz,s advice and saved some pennies.

I wont be able to fit untill late next week,i'll let you know what i think...

I've got a RamAir filter on my '98 SR and a blitz SUS on my '99 GT... both have an awesome sound !
