Since the cost to energy companies has dropped by a third and they are being pressured to pass the savings on to the consumer, it really cheered me up to know that my Spanish owned supplier Scottish Power has now increased my gas & electric payments to £100 a month.......Oh joy!!

Think I'll be looking for another supplier me thinks?...That is if I can find one that is cheaper and not owned by the French

If any company gives cash back then it means their prices are too high to start with.... it really is simple economics

or out of their marketing budget to attract new customers,

plus what is given back to the savvy customers is paid for by the others - rule of the consumer jungle.

I've got just about £1,000 back from Quidco, mostly with insurance but a small amount from power supplier switching.
