Loll ur definately right there but i called them up when ordering and gave them my registration number etc.. and they said it would fit and it did so it should be alright.

The typhoon is now on as of last night took me about an hour to fit i have a few issues though. the first one being how short them !Removed! wires are, i have hat to zip tie the bunch of wires to the roll bar to take the slack off the MAF connector untill i can find a fix. second issue is it doesnt really sound as loud as i thought it would but you can notice the lift alot more. and last but not least it makes a funny whistle sound almost like a turbo which is good but worrying, it happens just before lift at about 5900 then all the up to the redline... any ideas?

I cant recall the whistling sound, as for the noise it sounds better when your outside the car!

If you copy what i did with the MAF as per the post in the part number thread, you will have sorted the issue properly and it should cause no issues going forward.

Glad that lift feels stronger and its not just in my head!

It is alot different performance wise its just the dammed whistle noise im not sure if its coming from inside the car or what, it could be like a loose screw rattleing because of the vibration weird thing is it doesnt do it when im just sitting there revving it and it never did it with the air box on. i was thinking that it could be the MAF sencer as thats like a circle but if yours isnt doing it then i dont know lolol any ideas as to what i can do to norrow it down?

That whistling sound is nice! the induction kit gives a roar between 1-5 and then whistles goes quite and suddenly kicks in again! i like that sound. I was confused on where to fit the air suction little rubber things. I jus tied them to anything lol.
