Leaky Yaris

I have a nice low mileage Yaris 1.0 T3 which was garaged up till recently. Now that its outside it has developed a leak, it takes the shape of a seepage of water into the drivers side roof in the corner above the pillar. As the rain gets worse it begins to drip down into the footwell but this takes a period of a week. Pouring a hose over the roof and drivers door top will cause seeping but cannot locate actual ingress point. has any one come across a similar problem.
