Ecu Replacement

Hi to all Toyota fans.

I desperately need new(used) ECU for my 2003 Corolla Verso Auto, 1.8vvti, engine code 1ZZ-FE, part# 89661-13090. Any ideas where I can find.

Do I need exactly the same part number or others my fit (from same year and same engine code) I can't find any to match exactly with my part number.

From my own experiance of 'secondhand'/'used' ECU replacement (usual Ford and Vauxhall though!) you will need exactly the same ECU from a car within 3 months either way - for some reason ECU 's on a lot of cars seem to have slight alterations every 6 months
