HI FOLKS

during two years after my car purchasing (2nd hand)- i face to problem with positionning of the subject spoke.

in other words - when direct straight drive this spoke is positionned to 1-2 degrees towards of right side.

i serve the car always at official dealership and they alight both tyres having no problems. last Saturday i changed both front shock absorbers haviing hoped this spoke will be in horizontal, but the after adjusting this spoke was forwarded to the lleft side and again with 1-2 degrees. the same was disclcosed during my leaving -- i called to the mechanic in charge and he told me to come back -- ok i have returned again and left my car for re-checking/adjusting. after have done it they told me that found out thte reazon - i was happy and left to home - but once reached highway the steering wheel spoke has positioned at the same right side (1-2 degrees). it's understood the same was declared to thhe mechanic and he promissed to me to contact to warranty engineer and find out some reason of this problem. there are no problem with drive at all, but this minor spoke position is pressing on me each day.

i do not know what to do --- may be some one can guide me with the reason of this issue?

the car has never been in damage within 5 years round since selling day.

any ideas? please come back

Igor

Ok Now someone with the same problem as me. My problem started when I thought that one of my rear tyres was wearing on the outside a bit. So I brought it to a tyre center to have it checked out. I was told that they were good and had lazer alignment gear. They said the back was fine and when I said to check it again and check camber of tyre they came back and said it was ok BUT that they had adjusted the FRONT. They said it was just a friction out, and that the wheels were tracked slightly to the left. They said to drive from a bit and let the new setting settle in.

So now my steering wheel is slightly turned to the right in the straight. I have thought of going back to them again but by now it is too late as they might charge me €55 again. Another reason why I won't go back is because I think that they don't know really what they are doing, so I will adjust myself a little at a time on both sides to get it right.

Now the most important bit - I THINK THAT THEY ADJUSTED MY TRACKING AND LINED UP MY STEERING WHEEL WHEN THE WIPERS WERE AT THE AUTO POSITION, SO THEY SET THE STEERING TO THE RIGHT SLIGHTLY. Due to the fact that the wipers don't come on in the dry (inside) they the blonkers assumed that this was the nuetral position for the stauks and then set the steering wheel to them.

What do you think????
