i am getting a bit of touching up done by a friend but dont know where to find the paint code, does anyone know? ive got a 53 reg t spirit d4d.

have a look on your VIN plate.

paint code will be on there under col.

it will be something like 1C0, 1F8 etc

If you let me know the name of the colour, e.g. Merlot Red or Solar Red, and I will post the code.

on my log books the colour just says green but on the service history it says silver fern. dont know which on you need.............

6T1 if its silver fern.

Take a look at your vin plate for a definate answer.

Should be located on your passenger 'B' pillar.

There will be a section C/TRM this is the 'colour' and 'trim' codes. the first will be the colour (6T1)

I second that, it says 6T1 Silver Fern.

I know that Helfords can mix it for you provided you have the paint code. I was wondering (i needed some paint myself) whether Mr. Toyota would have some original spray. Never managed to get to that point.

Your dealership parts dept will be able to order a can of paint in the correct colour no probs.
