COULD DO WITH I BIT OF ADVICE PLEASE FOLKS. I'D LIKE TO GET MY 190 UP TO ABOUT 250 BHP. ANY IDEAS OF THE MOST INEXPENSIVE WAYS TO DO THIS? ALSO DO YOU KNOW OF ANY CHIPS AVAILABLE? THANKS.

Only way to get it to 250BHP is supercharger or turbo,

neither are cheap, even going N/A you'll struggle to get over 200BHP

As mentioned N/A makes large performance increases unviable, unless your super rich or slightly mad.

Different engine?

My Lexus V8 is good for 250bhp as standard. You might need a lot of Vasaline and a BFH to get one to fit into the Celica's engine bay though.
