Afternoon All

Good Afternoon fellow Toyota owners.

Erm... im not sure where to start.

Okies, my name is Darren, im 24 and I have a problem... no wait thats for another forum

No seriously, im a quite and sensible, but sometimes a little cheeky. I have joined the forum as I havce a 2004 '53' plate Yaris T Sport in Thunder Grey. I have wanted one of these ever since I passed my driving test some 5 years ago. But as they say, better late than never...'ay.

I am a proper a jap man by course, as my first car, was a '92 Subaru Justy, then I got rid of that to buy a Mk3 Astra. Not sure what possessed me. It did its duty. Then I sold that and brought and currently own a 2000 Subaru Impreza Sport (N/A). I have spent a small fortune on her and I look after her rather well. She gets a full detail every month. So much so, she has won me some cleaning goodies. More about that later.

Before owning the Impreza, I signed up onto scoobynet (my usual haunt) and I visit that forum every day. Some could say I am addicted. I love my Impreza to bits and don't want anything to happen to her. Yes I know she has only 125 BHP, but you would be surprised. Ultimately I want a turbo, but until the right car comes along, I will be keeping my Sport.

My interests, like usual I guess. I like Formula 1, WRC, I like going out on my Orange Mountain Bike and tearing up some trails to unwind and relax. I also like going out for walks in the country side. The kind of music bands I am into are Metallica, Nightwish, Saosin, but also bands such as Thin Lizzy, Slade, Queen, Billy Idol basically anything from the 80's.

That is me in a nut Shell. I will look forward to picking everyones brains and having a general good time.

Hi,

Welcome to TOC.

Good choice of cars, the T-Sports are highly addictive. They are easy to park (just get used to the wide-ish pillars either side of the rear windscreen), look good and give a good amount of power for what they are.

See you are in Milton Keynes, I have family in Bletchley so always end up going to MK shopping when we go see them!

Definately post pics of the cars when you get a chance too.
