Help Please

i changed a side light bulb new air filter and new Battery on my previa today and when i tried to start the engine it now wont start can anyone tell me to the possible reason for this?

How could anyone possibly know unless you provide more information e.g. does it try and start, is the motor turning over, is it completely dead etc etc.

sorry propnut yes your right i should have added its turning over just not firing up the engine, i thought maybe a relay had gone kaput would that be a possibility?

Right so you changed the air filter and now it won't fire. Did you disconnect the MAF sensor wiring from the top of the air filter housing???? I would start here and just check that you have plugged it back in or if you did not unplug it make sure you didn't damage it whilst trying to remove the filter. Unless the the ECU gets a signal from this the car won't start.

Right so you changed the air filter and now it won't fire. Did you disconnect the MAF sensor wiring from the top of the air filter housing???? thanks propnut i will go thru that and check it wasnt the wiring but where the wiring plugs into apparently the unit was originaal from new and it was only recieving on one connection of the plug so aa told me to replace the unit which i have done im going to install in the daylight tomorrow will let you know how i get on , thanks for the reply
