Just wanted to say Hi to everyone.

I was going to buy the new fiesta, but after several drives I found it too small & slow. Saw an advert for a Auris so went and had a look, tested an SR180 which I liked; lots of kit, good size and powerful. So then checked around locally and found one a cheap demo which I liked so bought it. Now after 3 weeks I have my likes & gripes about it, the worst of which is the toy town horn, where did Toyota get this from. Still early days yet but currently still enjoying it.

Regards Karl (White, 5-door SR180)

Hi, and welcome!

Couldn't agree more about the horn! Pathetic!! HOWEVER, it has tamed my road rage - I hold back now when I want to give someone a good blast of it!!

Did you get the white sr180 from stafford?

White t180's looks REALLY nice! I'm jealous, when i ordered mine i wanted white but was convinced not to incase it looked odd, i ordered from new and didnt see one in the flesh. So i went for black.

I've seen a few white ones around here and it looks great.

Got it from Stoke - not so sure about white, it get dirty so easy.

Also got my letter from Mr T yesterday for the steering column recall so it's off to the garage next Friday.

Have to say you can't go wrong with that, and no worries about white dust from the AutoGlym products on a white car.

I've become a traitor to AutoGlym recently, I have an Eclipse Black Auris, and the white dust shows up realy bad... So I've started using Turtle Wax Ice, and it's not too bad, you get about two weeks out of it... As opposed two months from a good polish with AutoGlym.
