Ok, So I'm getting the car serviced in the next coming weeks (50k) but I'm supplying my own parts. Managed to get Service price down to £70. As long as it gets me my stamp then

Oil - Mobil 1 0W-40 Fully Synthetic

Oil Filter - TRD High Flow Sports Oil Filter

Now... Changing the plugs. Looking at Fensports website I have a few choices, but which shall I go for? Does anyone have any personal experience with any of the listed below...?

NGK Iridium Plugs - £7.95 Each, Heat range 6,7,8 or 9... (To be fair, no idea what the different heat range means..?)

TRD Iridium Plugs - £12.50 Each, Heat range 7 & 8 available

Blitz Irdium plugs - £14.50! Each, Heat range 6,7 & 8 available.

Any help would be appreciated.

Toyota standard Oil Filter £7

Fully Synth 5/40 i went for MOTUL from OpieOil

for plus id get NGK Iridiums, probably a 7 or 8. If your tuning you want a lower number (cooler)

if you take a plug out have a look at it, it'll say what it is on the ceramic bit.

Oil wise, Mobil is my choice.

TRD and Blitz and Denso are rebranded NGK i beliebe.

Oil: I went for Toyota Genuine Motor Oil 10w40 Semi Synthetic

Oil Filter: Toyota Genuine Oil Filter

Both came to around £22 quid B)

Spark Plugs: Genuine Toyota Iridium Spark Plugs: Think they were just under £50 for 4.

I reckon the OEM stuff is as good as you will get and its reasonably priced!

Millers Oils are also fantastic, used it at last service, Highly recommended! www.millersoils.co.uk

If you are going fully synthetic, use Millers XFS 5w40, i think its around £30 for 5 litres!

Nah - It's not had a full service in 27k. I've done it myself so thought I'd treat it to a proper full service! and, Yes. You're getting as bad as that other bloody lad! He never shuts up!

Anyway, I personaly think we'll be pretty similar power wise. I only added an Induction kit for the noise in the first place.
