Mystery of a no show on the shorting of the diagnostic port has showed up a P0161 issue code using a reader. Slightly dissapointed the paper clip method didn't net any results!

So having a shop around the usual places to source an OEM part as opposed to Mr T, but little success there so far. Denso and Bosch going for around £50 across the pond though.

Could anyone confirm that the Bank 2 Sensor 2 is the lower sensor on the timing chain side? I cant remember if it's marked with a blue or brown marker tape and judging by the way the rain is pounding off my office window I wont be venturing out the door for quite a wee while yet!

Cheers again

If it helps the sky is starting to open up blue bits here in Glasgow so it might be dry in Edinburgh later??

Yes - the one after the cat. Do a search as there are posts which identify suppliers somewhere ;)
