D-4d Avensis Limp Mode P1251 Help Help

Hi can anyone shed light on code p1251 avensis d4d 2004 went into limp mode coming onto motorway stopped car restarted and fine since had code read and it p1251 it said said fuel shut off valve circuit for pressure on guys machine??

Any help will be appreciated thanks

Hi also could it be the EGR valve not sure where it is on the D4D if anyone knows location what it looks like would be great or cleaning instructions cheers
