New Prius (3 Days Ago) Radio Preset Issue?

Hi,

I had my new company car delivered 3 days ago, the T3 Toyota Prius.

I have to say I was unsure about it when I placed the order but I absolutley LOVE it!!

My only query is when I set the radio stations (set the presets) it is very straight forward, hold your finger on the number you want to set the station to, etc etc

But when I turn the engine off and get back into the car all the presets are lost??

I had a Parrot fitted by Toyota rather than the factory fitted option could this have potentially effected the radio in some way??

Any advice or input would be much appreciated.

Mine's a different model, but it still doesn't seem right - what would be the point of a preset if it doesn't (preset)!

If you are sure the station was set properly (e.g., confirmatory beep), I'd get the radio or its wiring checked out. Good luck!
