ok folks here goes , when im driving along and hit 1500-1700 revs somtimes this real bad hum noise appears and it sounds like a vibration ,, when the car is stationery with the engine running and i accelerate to 1500-1700 revs the same noise happens , but it comes and goes ,my initial thought that it was coming from the air filter holder ,any ideas or suggestions??? just had a service and the air filter holder was taken of so the mechanic could gain acsess to the fuel filter , could he have put it on wrong?... would a faulty injector cause that humming noise ??? my car has had failed injector in the past ,, any ideas welcome
