Quickest Corolla!

Hey All

After reading through alot of the posts on this site i am amazed at the amount of Mods that have been done to the Corolla's. I am starting to mod my 2002 T-Sport but am going to be doing this over a few years as i don't have the cash flow and am definately NOT a mechanic or mechanically minded.

However i was wondering who on here has the quickest Corolla, what has been done and approximately how much people have spent (in total) on there cars (if people don't mind saying?)

I think it should be seperated out from the CTS Compressors and the standard CTS.

Please post your replys (and figures if possible) to your quickest times either 0-60 and / or 0-100

many thanks.

Ive got a Tsport and if its just tuning parts u want to know, Ive got a Full custom exhaust fitted by Hayward and Scott and TRD Manifold, K&N Typhoon, Mapped with Dastek Piggy Back fitted (Though its actually done jack CRAP to the car, maybe a LITTLE bit more Mid range Torque) the guy said after mapping the car is producing 204BHP, but then i took it to my friends Dads Dyno and his Dyno is more accurate and it showed my car is producing 194 BHP. Other mods i hav done is KW Coilovers, Whiteline Front and Rear Anti roll bar, 17" Rota Torque alloys, TTE front bumper, Toyota rear dual exhaust skirt from the Compressor, TTE short Shift and HID kit. I think thats bout it  O yeh also in the middle of saving up for the Blitz Supercharger, Hope to get it by next spring or summer :D

CKman i think your car should be pulling a much better dyno result than 194..... should be atleast 205 what the guy stated. Id put it on the rollers again sometime soon.

If you want to mod your car to the max it might be worth checking out FENSPORT and their website. Try getting in contact with them. I know on their website they have all the mods they made to the Corolla Fensport (which i may add was 600bhp) I mean yeah its a MAJOR difference to the CTS but if you wanted to go all out I guess thats the way forward.

The Fensport Corolla has a Celica GT4 engine so it doesn't count!

Maybe, but it's cheating a little bit.

I'm more impressed with peeps that use the standard engine ;)

3S-GTE in a 'rolla is the way forward (very quickly!)

True but I haev found a webpage where a guy tells you how to mod your second gen. 4A-GE to 500bhp in 10bhp increments!

That's what I've decided to do. Next year I'm strippng down the engine to the block and I'm then going to send it off to get it scanned for cracks and splits. If all is in order then it's straight to modding!

Another good thing is that the second gen 4A-GE is tougher than the standard one and that means I can get up to 240bhp without having to mod the lower end! :yahoo:
