Oil Light On T180

Lo Y'all...

this aint normally my place of posting, however being a fellow Toyota driver I thought I'd help a work collegue of mine out who drives a Corolla Verso. :)

He is trying to find out if the Verso advises you (the T180 spec) when a service is due by lighting up the oli light on the dashbord.

I have told him of this website but I'm not sure if he's too keen on forums... anywho...

Being the fine Toyota people we are I thought you could help us out... ;)

they do have a service light that illuminates every 10,000 miles but also they have a low oil pressure light (shaped like an oil can)

if it is the latter - tell him to get the oil topped up.

these diesels do need regular checks on the oil level as they can use quite alot.
