Short Ram Or Cold Induction?

Hi all, :)

I've been hunting around for airfilters and via process of elimination, I have narrowed the choice down to 2, and some will be suprised that neither are K&N

I'm not sure whether I should go for a pipercross short-ram airfilter or a GREEN Twin-Cone airfilter.

The Ram Filter is considerably cheaper than the Twin-Cone and it gives more low-down power and torque. However, the GREEN Twin-Cone has as you may have guessed, has two cones which gives more cold air to the engine when I'm doing 1 million miles an hour in my GTI.

I just don't know whether the extra power warrents another £100 for the GREEN.

What do you guys think?
