2000 Celica 190 Vvtli Cigarette Lighter Fuse

2000 Celica 190 VVTLi - Cigarette lighter not working, need it for sat nav and mobile phone. First off I need to check fuse, or get him indoors to do it, but can't find manual, so havent a clue which fuse is which. Anybody help, maybe post up copy of the relevant page from their manual?

I had a similar problem the fuse is in a panel on the drivers side by your left foot. All that was up with mine was that the two prongs inside the cigarette lighter had been pushed flat I just bent them back out and it worked. Try this if it lights up but does not work
