Help- Anyone With A 05 Yaris Handbook?

Trying to establish correct key code for my 05 Yaris (don't have a master key or handbook hence this request). Looking at a friends 2003 Handbook,

Page 28, Declaration of Conformity, about half way down the page, "This certifies that the following designated products", under these are 2 numbers .........736 670-A and variant 736 716-A....... Anyone with an 05 Handbook, could you please check if you have the same two numbers and if different, post these to this topic. thanks in advance.
