Probably doesn't come under 'Classic' but...

1984 Carina GL , 1585 cc, automatic, rwd, maroon metallic paint, sunroof, cream (ish!) interior, recent new exhaust - MOT failure needing about £200 worth of welding to repair rusted body work under rear wheel arches.

I have had this car 3 years, it has been totally reliable and served me very well – it is only the body work which is starting to let it down. I know they are fairly rare now (?), so I though perhaps someone would like to have it, whether for parts or to restore… otherwise it will go for scrap. I have had very good use out of it, so would hope to see it carry on, I am only giving it up because I don’t need a car at the moment!

Oh well, car is now destined to be chopped up by fire crews for training purposes. At least it will have a useful end!
