Avensis Winscreen Washer Problem

Hi all

The front windscreen washer on my T reg Avensis has decided to go on short time.

It sometimes works, sometimes doesn't and sometimes just splutters a bit.

I've disconnected the hose from the jets and the water flow is just the same (hit and miss), so I know the jets aren't blocked.

Any ideas ?

Any ideas ?

Possibly bad wiring connections to washer pump, faulty washer pump or even faulty switch. Take the wires off the pump and test power with a test light, or leaving the wires on the pump test at the pump with a voltmeter on the pump connections and on the wires themselves.
