Well i can't belive it!!!

was waiting to come out of a small car park onto a one way road and there were cars parked along the raod also!

i was waiting for a gap in the traffic and just as i about to pull out fully into the traffic i look left just incase and see a women in a Pug 206 with the reversing lights on.... i think no she ain't going to reverse as i was waiting there around 1min before she even got in her car but no............ reversing lights are on then she starts reversing, i was slamming to horn to get her attention but no she reverses right into my front passenger side wing and bumper.

she gets out the car and says i'm so sorry, i wondered why i heard someone beeping lol

really pee'd me off!

so looks like i'm going to have to have a new front passenger side wing and maybe a front bumper depending on what damage it has done!!!

at least she stook around and we swapped details!!! i wouldn't of let her get away tho with a full tank and plenty more power than her!!!

just couldn't belive it!!! just seen it happening and what more can you do than beep the horn and brace yourself!!!!

It is silly season at the moment, i saw an old lady reverse into a parked (Golf with the driver in it) in Morrisons pick up/drop zone yesterday, i thought the Golf man was gonna kill her when she said "its your fault for parking behind me" even though he was there 1st

yea! i was in a multi storey left distance of about a cars length. Some driver infront with a towbar decided to just throw it in reverse and come straight back!!

He came back so fast aswell thinking no one was behind and nearly took my front bumper out. This was 3 days after ownership of my tsport. Guess what i threw mine in reverse as my mate pushed the horn and went back....sadly to save my front i bumped someone who was behind me. Both our cars were tottaly undamaged but my parking sensors stopped working.

The guy behind understood why i came back as he saw what the guy infront of me did. Luckily nothing happened though. Now i dont have parking sensors that work GRRRRRRRR.

nothing pisses me off more than some idiot who reverses without looking in mirros....is like they are 'predicting' that no one is behind them or they are trying to be psycic and betting on luck that no one is behind and just blindly reverse.

and if someone gives me a pug 206 as a courtisy car i will be very mad lol unless its the gti 180, but with me being around 6'4" i no i'll struggle in one of them lol

it was just one of them moments where you think its that stupid its not going to happen and all you can do is laugh and just not belive it!!!!

yep definatly! and my insurance company have already told me i'm not going to pay a penny!!! if they can't claim it back of her insurance company, they've taken out an insurance that'll pay for it as they are more than happy i couldn't have done anything more to prevent it!!!

hopefully they'll stick my VVTL-I badges on the new wing straight and that they'll look the same as the other side lol

i might have to give them the TTE front bumper part number insted of the Standard TS Bumper and see if i get away with it lol

i was in a smiliar situation when i had my vw golf, i was in traffic an ahead there was a fire so the trafiic was being diverted but the smart ***** in front of me deicded to do a u turn so he can avoid the diversion! the next thing i no the PUG 307 slammed right into me an then tried to get away but i i then blocked him and he then hit into me again! lol

these pug drivers are mad! lol

i reverse into the rav 4 everyday! i nudge it ever so slightly so im backing up onto it haha! lolol to get two cars in one parking bay outside my house. I reverse without looking in the mirror. Do you know why!?!?! because they are our cars lol (I dont like the rav4 since the owners are more popular on toc!) more importantly it really peeeeez me off when people reverse without looking its become a common thing now? hell its more like a craze to do it??

I think that there is some sort of winter desease that only rollas are susceptable to.

There have been around three reports of rollas being smacked and bruised since november and my dads car popped off the handbrake, smashed through the garage door and shunted my rollas a*se.

Luckily, my bumper just pinged back into shape with a kick to the side :) but I fear that the owners may be in trouble too seeing as I was just walking to the rear of the rolla not 1 second before my dads car hit!

Has anyone else been attacked by this desease or do I need to get a lucky charm?

It's worth a go but remember the approved repairer still orders parts through a Toyota dealer and most Mr T dealers are :censor: when it comes to TTE parts!

Also make sure they order a T Sport bumper!!

When i had my wing mirror fixed i made a point of telling the repairer to state it was a CTS mirror they had to order as it has the heated function unlike the standard Corolla, i even offered them the part no to quote.

"No it's ok we know how to order parts" Sarcastic :censor:

Mirror comes, get's fitted, doesn't heat up. Go back ask to see the order form, big surprise they ordered the standard mirror.

"Obviously you don't know how to order parts then" I can be a sarcastic :censor: too!

Followed my trip to them with a letter to the old git's insurance co that was paying for it expressing my thoughts over an "Approved Repairer" that can't order the correct parts!!
