2001 Avensis Safety Recall

Hey! I got a letter from Toyota head office at the weekend informing me of a safety recall to my car. It's regarding a pipe union for the fuel pump. Anyone else had this recall? Mines a 2001 2.0 VVTI. I had this last year and the dealer checked it out when they did the MOT, said it didn't need doing on mine. Now they are saying that it does need doing. Ah well, at least I'll be able to rag around in the courtesy car an Friday!
