Time To Change Fuel Filter

hi all

I am wondering if its worth me changing the fuel filter in my 2.0 vvti avensis. Its slightly hesitant when i put my foot down so am thinking of changing it. HAs anyone had their fuel filter changed recently ? if so, was there an improvement in performance ?

Also as an ex carina owner, I was advised by many mechanics simply not to mess with the fuel filter as it is in an awkward location and prone to damage some nearby 'pipes', any ideas guys ?

Also, my rear wiper intermittently comes on for about 10 minutes even though its at the off position

im nearly sure its not supposed to changed until 50k.

I hav a 2004 D4D t3x and i change my oil (mobil1 TD) and oil&fuel filters every year as i only drive 8k a year. i actually hav a K&N air filter in the airbox and just clean it with the K&N cleaning oil for my GSX1400

Your better off looking at a basic service first.

ie throttle body cleaing
