I'm new to the G7.

But, the one thing i'd try from past Toyotas is perhaps disconnect the Battery for about 10 minutes? Sometimes these computers can throw a wobbler.

The only time I've ever heard beeping from any of my Toyotas is when trying to lock the car with the fob when a door isn't correctly shut or whatever.

What is the flashing immobiliser light on the dashboard doing when you put the key in to start it?
