07 Yaris Modular Wiring

I got the base model yaris with just air.....I like the car and will keep it but I am curious, is the wiring on the 07 models modular? I want to add rear wiper and possibly other things down the road such as electric locks and windows and so on.

Not quite sure of the answer to your question about modular wiring.

In the UK all Yaris's (including the base model) have a rear wiper, electric (central remote operation) locking and electrical power windows.

I guess that in Canada, the lack of these items is one way that Toyota try to keep down the cost of their cars :(

Surely your best option would have been to have chosen a car with the "extras" already fitted...................how much more would they have cost over the price of a "basic" model?

Adding them as after purchase items must be more expensive?
