I would leave them silver shaun. the car may look as though something is missing at the moment but i reckon you should lower the car on coilovers achieve the perfect drop and the wheels will look much better.

If you change the colour of the lip it may look a bit out of place with red or white. As nothing else on the exterior matches the colours.

Im not tottaly happy with my wheels at the moment either love the front look but the back being so high annoys me so im going to crack on and sort something out when im back to work ;).

When i achieve a good drop on the car ill be happy. Will change to thicker profile tyres aswell will keep the 205s on the 7.5 as they poke the rim out nicely. But will probably go for 45 profile tyres to fill the gap a bit more. My front is real low tho...went over a weird speed bump today and the front part of the chasis scraped....worrying!

the thing is i dont really wana lower my car any further as driving is comfortable.. altho i do wana lower my car for the look scraping my car on 'mini mountains' will frustrate me.. especially knowing iv spent so much on my tte bumper!

bro take it down as much as mine and just go on them sideways, thicker tyres will improve comfort a fair bit....but the area you stay in i can understand right in the city the bumps are killer. I wouldnt change the lip colour, if you want a look which looks lower i would say get wheels like ckman and sell your current ones. Get something without a silver outline and stick thicker tyres on. You will have a comfortable ride and the car will look lower.

Hey guys, sorry i havnt replied, ive been ill for 4 days and still a bit dodgy. If its a choice of red or white lip id go for red lip, but the thing is giv it some time red lips will b out of style kinda like TSW Venoms :P As for the height of ur car Shaun, i think u shud lower it a bit more, hav u got the standard compressor springs or TTE springs? Actualy wot r the difference between the 2? Or u cud go full on and get a set of coilovers :D u say the ride on my car isnt that bad, also u can set the ride height depending on wot ur planning to use ur car for.

Farhan u need to lower the bak of ur car dude hehehehe

Umm i actually got it from this place near Catford, they ordered the coilovers and then fitted them with my front and rear anti roll bars for bout £1300 £1400 if i remember.

I know Motorsport world r selling KW coilovers http://www.motorsportworld.co.uk/frame-det...=/manranges.asp and i know Elite in Dartford sell them aswell, but im sure they will hav to order the kit 1st.

Yup ordered the wind deflecters, CANT WAIT to recieve them and fit them. U guys hav converted me, i REALLY didnt like wind deflecters bcos i saw ur ones :D

the polished lip looks sweet to me. drop it on coilovers as stated and sort hte calipers then jobs a goodun.

if you really want to see what it will look like with a painted lip ask and i can do a photochop for you with a red and or white. but i can see it now, not looking as nice as it does.
