Gen 7 Tte Lowering Kit

Hi guys,

just a quick question. I have a 2001 190 VVTLi and am looking at fitting some lowering springs. Does anyone know how much lower my car will sit using the TTE springs?

Ah, might have to try something a little more aggressive. Anyone got a suggestion? Are these cheap coilover conversions any good?

No. no. no.

They will ruin the handling and should be avoided like the plague. Don't rule out the TTE's, they're made by Eibach so are excellent quality and not particularly expensive at £125+VAT (minus discount?) from Mr T. The only other Springs I'd recommend are the Eibach Pro Kit (£180ish) which are progressive as opposed to the TTE's which are linear.
