limiter kicks in at 112 mph and not at a given rev range. HTH.

get a delimiter off eBay only about 4 wires to solder on the back of your speedo clocks .

id look to the throttle control sensor its normally positioned at half way and should sit more or less vertical on the throttle body - try to get the car upto 112mph or more on an unused airfield and see if the car is delimmited to start with , if its not get one of those chips fitted and then take this matter futher, if fitting a delimmiter dont help matters.

Would they adjust the throttle control sensor in Japan?
