Depends dynos all vary....some will show maybe 189 on the dot some will show maybe 192 some will show less e.g 187....good maintenance like a service will maybe pull 189-190 back. It will not make a very big difference maybe 1bhp or something ;)

thecar came out the show room with aparently 189 or some thing like that , but as they age they drop in performance ie build up of carbon and dirt on the headers and outlet,

did ya see the top gear episode where they had to make an espace as quick as an evo lol. it had 150ishbhp before and they serviced it then re dyno'd it at the same place, it gave 180 or 190 which was close to what the manufacture stated......i am hoping to get more out of it.?? i have quite a few mods on it too like headers cai and full stainless exhaust plus decat.... :D worth wishing :D

Valid point right there! i see from your sig you have a ported header? did you get any noticable gains ?

i had it all done at the same time so i noticed a huge difference==== more torque in mid range ie before lift, then when you hit lift you realy get the feeling it was money well spent. find out when i get it dyno'd next .

i made sure i got it done before when standard, when i dyno it after my service i will have a modded figure.

wil post both before and after on here soon :D or maybe

Thats not bad then, It would be good to have more midrange but i wouldnt use it as much. Obviously for day to day driving better mid range torque would work a breeze. I think top end power is where it is interesting because once you hit lift and you want to keep on going you stay in the lift point. Some more top end power would keep me pleased.

I wouldnt have a run on tracks in 3rd gear at 2krpm i would hold it just before lift on a rolling start. But i think a less restrictive cat back system, CAI, ported header will seem some good gains. Im interested in the piper cams aswell. TRD produce a kit for the TS to take it to around i think 220bhp but thats with high comp pistons, Header, a less restrictive back box. I reckon with a ported header less restrictive exhaust and a set of stage 2 cams and a tune up, Nice gains could be seen on a 2zz-ge
