That should should be a reliable and solid car, however exciting it isn't! I would guess you already know that though ;)

The price looks pretty good to me, 1 Owner, Full Service History and a sensible age/mileage, you could do much worse.

I think thats a little overpriced to be honest. You should check out the Toyota website and search under used cars and there are some great ones on there I saw a Colour Collection 2004 with 14k on the clock for around the same price. Plus you get 1 year warranty with them ;)

IIRC it was posted on here that:

In order for a Diesel car to be cheaper than a Petrol car, (cost to buy, fuel, servicing, parts etc) you would need to be doing more than 18k miles per year.

Hey, thanks for all the replies :)

As it happens i am not buying this car!!!...sorry!...

but i am in the process of buying an 05 T3 1.4 petrol model,

i think it was one of the specials at the end of production (although i might be wrong) so has all the alloys and aircon etc.

bought it from Mr T but it was never on the website cos it had only just come in, got it for the price of £5750 with £1500 p/ex for the T Sport...i will be gutted to see it go though...love that car!!

The corolla is coming with a new mot, service, years warranty and RAC breakdown cover...and maybe the best bit...

it drives like new because it has had 1 owner and only 17k miles

As i said letting the T Sport go will be difficult but we all have to make progress dont we!!

Not sure when i will be picking it up but will get some piccies up when i do,

thanks again people :D ...Talk soon!!
