Cae Camping Trip 2009 (25th July)

1st of all I do not know if I will be able to do this, but if I am to do it I would be splitting my 2 week summer break from work into two seperate weeks... so I can also go to JAE if I wish to do so, I want to see what serious interest there is in this so I can come to a decision.

What is the camping trip about?

This came about as I was unable to do JAE last year and still wanted to get away for a few days, so I deceided I was going camping and asked on here and MR2roc if anyone else wanted to go too... before I knew it we had a rather large meet on our hands. Everyone who attended really enjoyed themselves, so much so that a few of you have asked me if it is happening again this year.

IF it goes ahead there will be at least 1 change... that is I won't be taking deposits this time, I would be asking for full payment in advance, this is to prevent people pulling out at the last minute leaving me to pay for the pitch at the campsite... refunds may not be possible unless other people step in to cover your pitch on site... I apologise if you feel this is a trifle unfair :(.

Read the links posted then post here if it is something you would be seriously interested in attending, if there is enough seriously intersted people then I will do my best to make it a goer.. but I can't promise anything at this stage.
