Getting Sr 1.8 Rear Lights Or Similar Onto Sr 1.3?

I'm basically after changing my 1.3 lights to the same as the 1.8 LED ones which look much better but cannot find any rear lights anywhere, other than going directly to toyota I suppose, which I am guessing for 1.8 LED lights will be £3-400. Anyone know where to get any good ones or originals for cheapish?

Also, has anyone had these angel lights on the front and if so I pic would be good.

I'm thinking they will look good on my decante grey but don't want risk it until I've seen them on a car
