R/h Engine Mount

On the right hand engine mount on my st205 you have the black cylinder held on by 3 bolts, 2 either side of it and one just behind it which also holds the power steering fluid bottle if i remember correctly. Just want to be 100% on this, the 2 bolts either side of the black cylinder, are they secure by anchor nuts underneathe? Can't get one of the bolts to engage as the first thread in the recess is screwed so im going to re-drill and re-tap it just wondering cause i might drill it out to an M12 instead of M10, depends on what people can tell me on here.

yeah they are captive nuts. i would just drill out to M10 TBH unless youve really mullerd the threads in which case m12 or a helicoil will work

Its just the top thread, tried a bit of persuasion but no go, just trying to find the right tap now.
