Fitting Cd Autochanger

Can anyone tell me if there is an adaptor available to fit a Sony CD autochanger to the standard single disc radio in the Auris.

Had the radio out last night but there is no direct connection, and there is no diagrams or markings to say what does what.

Spoke to my toyota dealer today and they say that for an autochanger they only sell the complete kit and definately no adaptors.

Does anyone have any ideas where i might find such a thing, or have any advice if they have had any experience doing something similar!

Check with Halfords or Toyota at Wrexham Lindops they seem quite knowledgeable and helpful !
