I've been shopping around looking for a CTS for my mate... I want to find a Facelift model as they are already lowered and look alot better in my opinion... but after ringing up Mr T today they didnt have any under £8k!!!

I thought this was a bit on the pricey side as I have seen Facelift models for around 5-6k...

... Was just wondering how much have you guys paid for your CTSs and what year are they?

Thanks,

Miles

I tend to just fill up £20 at a time, which usually allows me between 120-150 miles, dependant on how I drive. haha. The Mrs drives it more than I do these days, takes it to work every day.

Trip computer says I'm getting 31.1Mpg. A full tank (55Litres) Will get me from my house to Southampton and leave me with just over quarter left, it's roughly 230 Miles... lol. Tend to drive around 80-90 mark:cough:

Quite a step methinks!

The TS stays with the TSC until around high 80's, low 90s then the extra torque from the S/C gives the TSC a fair bit of an advantage.

Trust me when I say I would if I could, but the fact I have this car on finance its doesn't really permit me to do so for at least another 5-6 months

no i contacted tte bout this, the reason that was removed is cos it can't cope with the impact the SC makes on it

to be fair mate i can't quite see that bein true, seen as the extra power before lift an the lowered lift point, but you know me i'm always willing to test this!!! lol
