Chirping From Front Of Car

Just got back my 07 Yaris after some repairs (which included replacement of radiator upper tie bar along with evac and recharge). Started it up, sounded fine, but after driving it for a few miles I noticed a high pitch chirping sound with a bit of a quick 'rattle' every now or then when I was next to other cars and when next to a wall or in the garage. The pitch changes slightly when putting the car into park. Don't think its the belts, only 16000 miles on the car. Also pretty sure they took out most of the radiator when doing the repairs. Could this be something with the AC clutch? Bearings? Pulleys? Sound is more to the passenger side, located more lower (when in park, I tried to locate the sound, but only noticed it was a bit louder when I looked under the car from the passenger side, about a foot toward the center of the engine from the tire area). Really frustrated and annoyed.

Also noticed that when putting the car into reverse there is a 'click' sound when I let off the brake, never heard this before.

Please help.
