Gen 7 De-cat

Hi guys has anyone de-cated there gen 7 celica 140. Does de-cating actualy make any noticable power?

also on giving my celica abit of stick changing gear at hi revs there is a slight delay when changing up a gear any1 else have this on theres?

If it had a turbo it would allow the turbo to spool up quicker. It will probably add a few bhp, not too many but may give you fuelling problems.

Fueling problems, as in extra fuel consumption?

A decat should give you a small gain of maybe 3-5bhp due to the release of emissions faster then it would if there was still a cat, would help if you have maybe a cat bak exhaust aswell. Only thing I would be worried is that I would fail the nct (mot) with it out due to high emissions.
