I suggest you to go to some garage and ask a guy to do it on his freetime.

I did so too and got the job done much cheaper. He knew how to did it as

he's doing it every day and we both got the best possible effort :)

Lowered as in just springs or coilovers, just make sure the spring poundage is correct with what ever you use.
