How about hot air from engine? Some time ago we test honda 1.5 vtec with k&n filter and POWER get lost ! -4hp on maha

With box for filter and aluminium pipe we got more power ! +10hp !

It's all for turbo engines, as turbo likes cold air and big exhaust system. Without turbo, both custom exhaust and air intake

are only for sound&sporty look.
