4.1 Petrol Had B Service But Still Chuggs!

Ive just had a B service done and my Rav4 still chuggs on light throttle.

My Toyota mechanic says to try new leads then replace the twin coilpacks should this not solve it.

Is there anything else that may cause this?

BTW its got the correct Toyota twin electrode plugs in now.

Thanks

Mark

There are several things. A decent auto electrician with proper diagnostic equipment AND knows how to use it should be worth a visit. Failing that you have to go through the most obvious. You already changed the plugs so leads is a good next step. I bought some for my daughters Corolla (specials) from Kingo for just over £50.

I got genuine Toyota leads and they solved the chugging.

A bit expensive for 4 leads, but it drives much nicer now!

One happy Rav owner!
