hello i have 94 mr2 turbo it is overfueling and the fault code that has come up was 21. looked on autodata and it has said lamda sensor but didnt list a turbo so is this the right thing to change

this is that rich it black smokes and gives it a miss at about 4000 and stalls every now and then as it is fludded
