Anybody Know Torque Settings

i have replaced my big end shells, and dont know the torque settings for the conrod caps, i keep meaning to go into my old work and check them, but as yet havent been able to find the time while there open, so i thought i'd ask on here

if i do eventually get in there i may copy all the torque specs for the whole car, just in case

oh, its a 4efe by the way in a ee111

also flywheel bolt torques would be very handy if anyones got them
