just had the ***** ache of changing the front bulbs. Decided to go for the Halfords "Super Brilliance" ones which are a few quid more than the standard ones.

They seem to be abit brighter than the standard ones and hopefully they will last bit longer....

I have 5000k xenon gas filled bulbs from Ultra. £24.98 for 2 sidelights and 2 dipped beam bulbs.

They can be a pain to change but they aint that bad.

Here's what they look like.. and they aint Illegal like HID kits :P

I have 8000k hid's and before this owned ring sports blue bulbs and i have to say the hids are much brighter but for what its worth i would just get bulbs rather than a HID kit as it means taking the front bumper off insted of just buying some bent nose plyers

:offtopic::laughing:

It occurred to me a couple of nights ago, why the hell do I need head beams, as I spend the whole time driving on dip, due to heavy traffic around here :rolleyes:

I sourced them from an old member on here. Can't remember the name of the website..

Found it!

Sidelights

Dipped Beams

The price seen on the page is for 2 bulbs, not just 1 as the picture may lead you to believe.
